Extra Works Manager

An industry-leading facilities and building services provider is seeking an experienced and well-organised Extra Works Manager to oversee the delivery of minor project works(up to the value of £50,000) at a flagship commercial site in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and professional on-site team, managing a wide range of additional works from initial scoping through to completion. As the Extra Works Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of quoted works on-sitemanaging everything from client requests and contractor coordination to cost control, health & safety, and quality assurance.
