Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the legal aspects of investment activities, collaborating with external counsel to structure, negotiate, and finalize complex transactions.
- Lead the legal workstream for new fund launches, managing the formation process and ensuring alignment across internal teams and outside advisors.
- Take full responsibility for the firm’s compliance operations, maintaining systems and protocols that meet fund requirements and regulatory standards.
Preferred Experience
- 6+ years of experience at a Tier 1 Law Firm.
