Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. This includes content creation, community engagement, social media campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to ensure maximum reach and brand alignment.

About the role

  • Develop, write, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns. Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and tools. Suggest innovative approaches to keep our social media content fresh and engaging.

About you

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to adapt the tone and style to various platforms and target audiences.
  • Strong creative skills to produce visually appealing content and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and knowledge of their algorithms.
  • Able to interpret analytics and use data to inform decisions and improve social media performance.
