About the Role
We seek a full-time Optical Assistant Store Manager to lead our team, delivering outstanding patient care, working 5 days a week including at least one weekend day.
If you have optical sales experience and want to step into a managerial role, this is for you.
We are looking for:
– Someone who enjoys meeting people
– A living example of the OQ brand, capable of motivating the team
– Ability to drive and understand sales to meet targets and increase revenue
– Understanding and achievement of KPI targets
– Ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet goals
– Collaboration with the Optometrist to align management efforts
– Dispensing spectacles and sunglasses according to guidelines, ensuring customer safety
– Identifying team development areas, providing feedback, coaching, and reviewing progress
