For Companies We are currently looking for a full-time motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as a Customer Service Coordinator, working part-time on a fixed-term contract.
Role Overview
Do you have the skills and personality to succeed in our busy sales and customer service centre? You would be the first point of contact for all queries or orders related to our building products. You will work as part of an engaged and motivated team committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. If yes, this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for merchant and housebuilder customer inquiries and processing orders for our building products.
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Manage a busy workload with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Candidate Profile
- Drive to provide excellent customer service.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
