M&E Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Site Supervisor (ideally with HVAC experience) to look after a number of sites across North East England Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the site team in line with company policies and procedures.Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all site M&E plant, systems, and equipment. Maintain compliance with industry and QHSE standards, including accurate record keeping. Organise and assist with installation, commissioning and repairs across HVAC and BMS packagesDevelop detailed knowledge of the site’s operations and systemsSupport the Contract Manager with staffing levels, holiday cover, and absence planningOversee specialist contractors on-site, including inductions and reviewing service reportsEnsure remedial works are quoted, approved, and scheduled as requiredManage the change control system and ensure all relevant paperwork is prepared and submitted in advance of works.Use company systems to track performance and service delivery The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Site Supervisor (M&E, HVAC, Facilities or Civils ideal) and have an appropriate Site Safety card (SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, CCNSG etc).
