This hands-on role ensures vulnerable residents have access to the equipment they need to live independently and safely at home. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and technical support for the delivery and maintenance of lifting and mobility equipment.Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to arrange installations, repairs, and assessments.Respond to enquiries from residents, carers, and professionals, providing advice and resolving issues efficiently.Manage and prioritise a personal caseload, ensuring records are maintained and service targets are met.Support procurement, reporting, and audit activity as required.
