This is a mission-critical hire at one of the most exciting stages in a company’s journey.About You:4+ years of high-quality software engineering experienceFull stack skills, ideally back-end focused (Python) with front-end in ReactMachine Learning / AI engineering experience in a product-led or tech-driven companyExperience with LLMs and RAG systemsYou\’re excited to work in-person by default, in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environmentWe’re looking for someone world-class – the kind of engineer who’s helped ship real products, built systems from scratch, and taken ownership of models all the way through to production. Bonus points if you’ve done this at reputable companies.You’ll own everything ML: from shaping the product and stack to driving the roadmap and building the foundation for scale.
