Are you looking to join a prestigious Health & Social-care agency? Do you have the experience needed to excel in the Health and Social-care environment? If yes, then Carepath Recruitment wants you! We are seeking calm, patient, and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition who are eager to join our care team.

You will be expected to provide high-standard care to help residents and ensure their well-being. Experience is preferred but not essential, as demonstrating unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioral support setting is the primary focus. You should have the maturity to work within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. The ability to follow guidelines and work well within a supportive team is essential.

Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not mandatory, as full training, including online e-learning, is provided through our preferred training academy. Flexibility is important. You should be able to cover a mixture of days, nights, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches. Since our care services operate 24/7, we require flexibility to cover various shifts during the week and weekends. We will do our best to accommodate your availability.

This role offers the opportunity to undertake the responsible position of a Support Worker/Care Assistant. You will collaborate with the person’s support circle to help individuals achieve their wishes and aspirations through person-centered planning and support. This experience will help you develop skills for a successful career in adult social care.
