We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our UK & Ireland Hydronic HVAC equipment sales team. This role involves managing and developing a team of outside sales professionals, driving sales through contractor and specification channels, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting using our CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales professionals across the UK & Ireland.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Support specification sales by promoting our brand to consultants, designers, and specifiers in the building services industry.
- Foster relationships with mechanical and building services contractors.
- Provide regular, accurate reporting on team activity, pipeline, and market trends to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and effective use of CRM tools for pipeline and performance management.
- Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, team development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product management teams to support initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally within HVAC or building services industries.
- Strong understanding of the contractor and consultant landscape in the UK & Ireland.
