Opportunity for a Commercial Technology and Media Solicitor to join a Top 10 law firm in London at either the Associate or Senior Associate level.
The Firm
Our client is a leading Top 10 International law firm in London. The firm's Technology and Media Department is Tier 1 ranked in Legal 500 and has an outstanding reputation.
The Opportunity
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial, technology, media and IT matters. The role will involve drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts including collaboration, licensing, supply and distribution agreements as well as advising on commercial, IP, IT and data protection matters. Clients range from large blue chip companies to smaller commercial entities often involving cutting edge technologies and the team are actively involved in new and developing areas including blockchain, fintech and AI.
Requirements
- Applicants must have strong commercial experience as well as knowledge of technology, IT and data protection.
- For the Associate role: 2-3 years’ PQE.
- For the Senior Associate role: 4-7 years’ PQE.
- Experience gained at a comparable law firm in London.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
- An interest in business development and marketing activities.
