Do you want to be part of the success story of this Financial Services firm based in London. HR Reward & Data Analyst required by the Head of Reward to help provide support to the delivery of groups reward strategy.

This will be an initial 6-9 month FTC with opportunity to go permanent.

The keys responsibilities include:

Reward

  • Support the planning and delivery of the Group’s annual Total Compensation Review process.
  • Administer the Group’s participation in market salary surveys.
  • Provide analytical support to the HR function through delivery of benchmarking data and job evaluation for ongoing HR processes, such as recruitment and promotions.
  • Assist in the administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, including share plans.
  • Support with job evaluation and grading
  • Support the Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Lead in the preparation of papers and analysis for the Group’s Remuneration Committee.

Data and Reporting

  • Maintain and develop the Group’s regular MI reports and provide relevant and timely executive reporting and analysis as required.
  • Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders through clear and

concise analysis of reward data.

  • Assist in cyclical reporting activities such as Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Manage dashboards and key reporting data held in the HR Information System, such as headcount resource management.
  • Assist in configuration and development of the HR Information System – managing user experience, templates, workflows.
  • Ensure the HR Information System holds clean and accurate data through ongoing checks and reconciliation of entries by HR team.

Compensation and Benefits

Responsible for the reconciliation of payroll files to ensure accuracy

Liaise with Finance to ensure that the salary control accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.

Assist in the monthly delivery of the Group’s benefit administration, including payments to pension providers and other third-party providers, and resolve any issues and queries.

Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external pay and benefit providers and other third-party providers and ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met.

Ensure all monthly Financial Controls (FCF) are prepared, completed and approved in line with the deadlines agreed with Finance.

Ensure the Working Procedures Manuals are maintained and kept up to date.

HR Projects

To carry out such projects or be part of a project team within the HR Department or wider group as required by the Director of People.

Your Experience :

Proven experience working as an HR Reward/ Data Analyst, experience in configuring and developing HR information systems.

Must have advanced data skills and be highly numerate and skilled at analysis and manipulation, advanced excel knowledge required.

Experience of compensation and incentive plans, including share plans, support with Job evaluation and grading.

Experience of job evaluation, benchmarking and salary surveys ( Preferably Willis Towers Watson

Experience of using BI/data visualisation tools ( eg Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) desirable
