A bit about the job: As a Quote Management Specialist in our Corporate Broker Solutions Team, you’ll be at the frontline of Aviva’s Group Protection adviser journey. You’ll triage all incoming quote requests and queries, ensuring each is directed to the right place swiftly and accurately. Your role is vital in shaping the adviser experience from the very first interaction, setting the tone for excellent service and efficient outcomes. You’ll also play a part in streamlining our internal processes and supporting our digital quote platform.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in handling professional email and telephone queries.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks or records.
  • Confident using digital platforms and suggesting improvements to processes.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and escalate complex cases appropriately.

  • Starting salary circa £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
