As a Reward Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our clients' global reward strategy. Working closely with the Head of Reward and Reward Consultants, you will provide analytical, operational, and project support across compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Your work will help ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant reward processes that align with business goals and support employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of RSU grants and equity plans, including tracking, vesting schedules, employee communications, and regulatory reporting.
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, analysis, benchmarking, and coordination of communications.
- Maintain and enhance reward data tools, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to support pay review decisions and reward proposals.
- Provide day-to-day support on compensation and benefits queries, liaising with external vendors as needed.
- Partner with Finance and HR Operations to support reconciliation, budget forecasting, and payroll alignment.
- Contribute to reward-related projects such as pay transparency, global mobility, benefits harmonisation, and process improvements.
