Plasterer- Social Housing

18 Recruitment are looking for plasterers to work with our social housing client in the South East London area. This is a permanent role with van and fuel card provided so driver's license is required. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance work in plastering * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure work is completed in line with health and safety standards. * Work efficiently to ensure that all properties meet the required housing standards and are safe, functional, and habitable. * Liaise directly with tenants to schedule and complete maintenance tasks with minimal disruption. * Manage materials and equipment required for tasks, ensuring cost efficiency. * Ensure all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in plastering * A valid driving license, as travel between properties is required. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. * Experience working within social housing or a similar sector is desirable but not essential. * Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
