Are you a diligent and security-conscious individual? We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join our team in Gosport, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day-to-day basis. This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
  • Working for a large maintenance contractor.
  • Clearance work of void properties.
  • External repairs.
  • Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • You must have full PPE.
  • 40 hours a week.
