Engineering Shift Supervisor Salary: £60,000 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) Location: West London Are you a hands-on, highly skilled engineer ready to take a lead role in a critical environment? We're looking for a proactive Engineering Shift Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining essential infrastructure. This is a pivotal role where you will be accountable for a team of electrical and mechanical engineers on your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out on schedule, prioritising statutory and mandatory tasks, and managing reactive work. You will lead by example, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs). Roles & Responsibilites: Operational Leadership: Lead site activities, ensuring the team remains compliant and adheres to Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and permitting systems. High Voltage (HV) Expertise: Act as a High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP), safely and competently carrying out fixed wire testing. Maintenance & Repair: Take full responsibility for all elements of electrical and mechanical installations, repairs, and all contracted maintenance activities.
