This role is critical in ensuring the effective operation, integration, and continuous improvement of HCM processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing development of the HCM module in IFS Cloud. Maintain system integrity and ensure optimal performance of the HCM module. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Manage the migration of HR data from newly acquired or established organisations into IFS.
