Responsibilities:

  1. Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and by account prior to each sales campaign.
  2. Book all wholesale appointments for each sales campaign, ensuring all key accounts and existing customers are scheduled.
  3. Lead and run all wholesale appointments (digitally and in person).
  4. Ensure all necessary information is passed to retailers to facilitate timely sales orders.
  5. Receive, collate, and organize wholesale orders for easy sharing with each brand.
  6. Negotiate retailer terms to protect each brand\’s sell-through guarantees and trade discounts.
  7. Document and share all feedback, positive and negative, with each brand.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales order overview.
  9. Set up new accounts with relevant brands efficiently and systematically.
  10. Prepare and present end-of-season sales reports for internal and brand partner sharing.
  11. Support timely shipments as needed.
  12. Liaise with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  13. Identify and develop commercial opportunities, including exclusives, capsules, and collaborations.
  14. Oversee weekly sell-through reports across top stores and analyze for opportunities or concerns.
  15. Maintain effective communication with each brand via email, in-person, and video calls.
  16. Build strong personal relationships with each brand.
  17. Organize global showrooms, fixtures, models, and related arrangements.
  18. Identify and implement trunk show opportunities worldwide.
  19. Manage the Master Database to ensure it remains current, accurate, and secure.
  20. Organize wholesale files on Dropbox for easy navigation.
  21. Develop and maintain key relationships with retailers.

Candidate Experience:

  • Over 5 years in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary BENELUX wholesale markets.
  • International experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing own schedule, travel, and diary.
  • Experience managing a team or team member.
