Location: Strathclyde, Renfrewshire, Paisley

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday to Monday

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission scheme

Job Duties:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Promote and sell properties to prospective buyers
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
  • Attend property viewings and open houses
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Desired experience within new build housing / estate agents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Education:

  • Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales-related role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the property market and real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Working Conditions:

  • Site Office-based with occasional travel to cover over sites when colleagues are on holiday
