Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission scheme
Job Duties:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Promote and sell properties to prospective buyers
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Attend property viewings and open houses
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Desired experience within new build housing / estate agents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation skills
Education:
- Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales-related role
