As a Maintenance Apprentice with Hilton, you will work towards a Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months.

A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Implementing company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and local by-laws
• Responding promptly to enquiries
• Carrying out maintenance repairs with appropriate PPE
• Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable
• Following planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Ensuring good relationships with customers and contractors
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives
• Following C.O.S.H.H regulations, especially regarding hazardous substances
• Attending additional training related to the role
• Completing all aspects of the apprenticeship programme
