We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the bid manager to create high-quality submissions and provide administrative support. This is an ideal role for candidates looking to develop their writing skills, with training opportunities to become a Bid Writer. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Role:- Responding to standard selection questionnaires
- Proofreading and editing tenders for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards
- Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines
- Ensuring CRM system is maintained
- Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
- Maintaining bid library
- General administrative support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
