More about your role

You will oversee the staffing of all Group Workout Programmes including recruitment, induction and all training required. You will work alongside the Fitness Manager / General Manager to discuss attendance and KPI's and you will meet with all instructors and monitor performances and conduct regular refresher training. You will keep up to date with all latest fitness trends and reflect this in your work when implementing new ideas and developing the timetable. A key element to this role is the ability to have strong admin skills and experience.

More about you

You will have developed a career within the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training. You must hold recognised CIMSPA qualifications and be actively registered with CIMSPA. You will possess strong people skills and carry out your role in a professional, supportive and inclusive way. Crucial to the role is your ability to work within specific processes and follow procedures and be able to work to specific deadlines set within the role.
