Looking to step into a big-ticket SaaS sales role with genuine scale-up momentum? This is your shot. Backed by serious VC funding and already trusted by some of the world’s largest manufacturers, this business is digitising a critical blind spot in supply chains – and growing fast.

You’ll be joining a newly launched EMEA team, taking ownership of enterprise accounts and helping build the sales engine from the ground up. Expect a clear territory, a high-growth runway, and a product that opens doors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Target, close, and grow enterprise accounts across Western Europe. Typical deals from £40k–£250k+ involving 6–9 months lead times.
  • Run full 360 sales cycles, mapping accounts, engaging senior stakeholders, handling complex procurement, and closing with precision.
  • Own a segment of 100+ named accounts, working closely with SDR support, Demand Gen and US counterparts.
  • Build long-term relationships with packaging, Product development, Supply Chain, sustainability and IT leaders across multinational brands.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • A track record of closing complex Software, Data and SaaS deals – ideally £50k+ – with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence with enterprise stakeholders; comfortable navigating both boardrooms and operations sites.
  • Experience in supply chain, data, or product lifecycle software is a major plus, but not essential.
  • Domain expertise and an understanding of the target market will be a distinct advantage. We hold particular interest of experience selling into FMCG, CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, QSR and Health & Beauty companies.
  • Resilience, strategic thinking, and a hands-on, no-egos approach to building pipeline and closing business.

Background:

A category-defining SaaS company transforming how multinationals manage specification data – think packaging, ingredients, and product design. Already used by some major international businesses, they are scaling fast across the US and now into EMEA. Already named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, they are well funded and backed by heavyweight investors. If you’re ready to help shape a global go-to-market team in a white space market, let’s talk.
