The Trainee Managing Partner position is a hands-on leadership development pathway. You will work across all areas of the business — from client campaign delivery and compliance, to people development and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of direct sales representatives across residential, event, and B2C campaigns
  • Ensure client KPIs, compliance standards, and operational protocols are consistently met
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new representatives
  • Analyse team performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth and development plans
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism while representing the brand(s) in the field
