Signature Recruitment is partnering with a successful Bristol-based company to recruit a skilled Executive Assistant (EA), based in the office 5 days a week, for a 9-month fixed-term contract. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the CEO and MD, ensuring smooth daily functions and effective communication across the SLT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives.
- Organise corporate events, meetings, including travel and venue arrangements.
- Accurately collate, file, and manage expense reports.
- Monitor and track central project timelines and deadlines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for director and senior management queries.
- Send reminders to stakeholders regarding key tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Support special projects, liaising between executives, departments, and external partners.
- Prepare for minute taking during and distribute follow-up notes for monthly board meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
