Role purpose / summary:
- Fluent French speaking Project Manager required to lead the Workplace IT Services migration for France on behalf of the Customer.
- Develop and maintain the project plan.
- Develop and maintain a Service Readiness Checklist for each applicable Workplace IT Service in France.
- Engage Customer stakeholders in France to confirm readiness for each applicable Workplace IT Service.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the Workplace IT Services migration in France and provide status reporting, review and track issues, and escalate to Customer stakeholders as needed.
- The Service Introduction Manager will work within the Workplace IT Services team to manage the service introduction / transition process for the services.
Skills:
- Project management experience, Service readiness, Service introduction and Service transition experience.
- Must be fluent in French.
- 7 - 9 years Project Management experience.
- 7 - 9 years SI experience.
- Reporting knowledge experience in managing big projects.
- ITIL SPOC for handover to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- SI lead for complex projects.
- Manage the Service Introduction process for a service.
- Reporting alignment with client and all teams.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards.
