About the role:
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 18 hours per week over 1 year. You’ll support the Revenue Operations function in ensuring data quality, handover processes, and order-to-cash processes are maintained efficiently across key systems such as Salesforce and Focalpoint.
About you:
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about process efficiency and data integrity. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working with Salesforce, and have strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams. You’re also adaptable and open to taking on varied tasks and projects as they arise.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Perform a variety of data tasks relating to the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
- Handle Account Name Changes, Account and Contact Merges.
- Conduct ad hoc Data Quality Analysis, impact assessments, and resolve integration issues impacting sales handovers, contract data, support entitlement, or corporate family linkage.
- Process and track rejections, amend product details, and reassign opportunities to correct accounts.
- Create new accounts and process type or name changes after checks.
- Investigate and detail potential account merges.
- Monitor the Handover Queue.
- Execute duplicate check jobs to identify and process account merges.
- Update web addresses and account details (company registration, DUNS number, etc.) to improve contactability.
- Assist Salespeople with CPQ Opportunity processes (closing/cloning).
- Support with ad hoc projects as required.

- Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL (desirable but not essential).
- High attention to detail with strong data handling and analysis skills.
