The Role: The Assistant Management Accountant supports accounting services for Business Unit and Operating Entity reporting. Responsibilities include assisting with internal planning, ensuring compliance with Group policies, and meeting reporting deadlines.

  • Produce monthly management accounting and reports on schedule.
  • Support general ledger journal entries and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and recharges.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues.
  • Assist with VAT and tax return data, including for overseas entities.
  • Contribute to reporting solutions development.
  • Provide management reports and financial analysis as needed.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and legal changes.
  • Maintain accurate records on company systems.
  • Respond promptly to urgent issues.
  • Update and create process documentation.
