Commercial Property Senior Solicitor/Partner (London)

A ranked Legal 500 law firm located close to Orpington are recruiting a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor/Partner of 5 years PQE. More junior candidates will be considered.
You will be handling a broad range of commercial property transactions for both developers and investor clients, landlord and tenant matters. Typical deals include sales and purchases, non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions, option and promotion agreements and other commercial property matters.
There are real, long term career prospects for the right person.
Skills and Expertise:

• Solicitor of England & Wales and a minimum of 5 years PQE in the field of commercial property
• Be commercially minded
• Able to develop client relationships
• Ability to understand client needs
• Have high attention to detail
