We’re partnering with a high-profile media and marcomms business on the hunt for a Billing & Collections Specialist to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the go-to person for all things billing and collections, managing end-to-end processes, liaising with big-name clients, and helping ensure smooth cash flow for high-impact campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Raise timely, accurate invoices in line with Statements of Work (SOW)
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and speed up cash conversion
- Maintain up-to-date client billing profiles
- Post client receipts, reconcile accounts, and report aged debt to senior finance
- Chase outstanding payments and resolve queries with a solutions-focused mindset
- Support finance on audits, ad hoc projects, and process improvement
