What you’ll be doing – Accounts Assistant – Temporary Role

• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day transactional tasks

• Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time

• Reconciling bank accounts and matching statements

• Assisting with month-end duties, including journals and reports

• Managing employee expenses and handling supplier queries

• Keeping financial records organised and up to date during a busy period

What we’re looking for – Accounts Assistant – Temporary Role

• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role

• Confident with accounting systems (Sage, Xero, or similar) and Excel

• High attention to detail and able to manage a varied workload

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• AAT qualified or studying – a bonus, not a dealbreaker

• Proactive, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
