How you’ll make a difference
The Senior Service Operations Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of IT Enablement services within the organisation. This leadership position aligned to the Value Stream and is a critical part of the VS Leadership function. The role involves managing L2 application support either directly or indirectly, collaborating with external service providers, and contributing to the successful delivery of new products and services.
