We are seeking a passionate and driven Training Officer to shape, deliver and evolve our clients' learning and development strategy across all properties – existing and new.

The Role: As Training Officer, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of learning and excellence across the luxury portfolio. You’ll go beyond the basics of training delivery and take ownership of the full learning cycle – from administration to strategic innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training Admin Excellence – Manage course registration, follow-up, training records, and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to the highest standard.
  • Design & Delivery – Develop engaging and impactful training courses for all team levels. Deliver sessions across multiple properties – travel is essential.
  • Strategic Development – Transform our current transactional approach into a future-focused Learning culture that supports long-term business and people goals.
  • End-to-End Learning – Support the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on growing apprenticeships, continuous professional development (CPD), and senior team coaching.

The required Training Officer Skills:

  • Proven experience in a training or L&D role, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments
  • Confident designing and delivering learning programmes, in-person and online
  • Comfortable with LMS platforms and all aspects of training admin
  • Strong understanding of CPD, coaching and apprenticeship pathways
  • Able to travel regularly across our UK property portfolio
  • Inspirational communicator with a strategic mindset
