Midgard are looking for experienced Labourers to work at our project in Bargate Quarter, Southampton, SO14 1JX. This job is available to start on Monday 5th January 2026 and is for up to 6 months in duration. We may be able to offer some longer term work also.

The JRL Group is a leading Construction company that specialises in Main Contracting & RC Frames along with 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex projects.

JOB DUTIES

• General labouring, assisting trades on site and distributing materials for facade team
• 6 months work
• 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with 1hr lunch break (9hrs worked per day)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a labourer
• MUST HAVE a Valid CSCS Card or Certificate
• PPE Required
• Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
