Are you naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about Medical Marketing? We are hiring an experienced Global Marketing Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.
Scope of the Role
- Be the category lead, coordinating and influencing the cross-functional team & senior management stakeholders.
- Develop category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer-first approach (product innovation, go-to-market strategy, activations platform).
- Anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and integrate these into our growth strategy roadmap.
- Actively collaborate with top-tier countries across Europe.
- Define and execute the innovation pipeline (concept, research, and development).
- Lead execution of activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS), with the right consumer insights & touchpoints in partnership with top-tier countries.
- Report, track, learn, and suggest improvements by analyzing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
- Take full P&L ownership including A&P management and optimization.
Experience Required
- Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and capable of executing with excellence.
- Stakeholder management skills to influence peers, leadership, executives, and local teams.
- Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management, and 4Ps excellence.
- A strong drive for results, a can-do attitude, and performance tracking.
- Analytical skills and the ability to build KPIs.
- Passionate & driven individual.
- Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience analyzing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI) & financials (P&L ownership).
- 8+ years preferably in Healthcare, OTC, or FMCG, and someone proactive who leads by example.
