Manage cash flow for both sell-in and sell-out. Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals. Establish and report on performance metrics; address deficiencies. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Requirements: Experience managing a PnL of over 200M USD. Management experience with over 100 B2B sales personnel. Proven senior management experience, such as Global Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director in the electronics security industry. Strong network within the security industry. Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Successful track record in developing and executing business strategies. Experience working in cross-functional, matrix team environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel. Results-oriented with initiative and responsibility for outcomes. Highly motivated and proactive. Professional, reliable, ethical, and well-presented.
