Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global team to meet and surpass sales targets, expanding market share.
  • Manage cash flow for both sell-in and sell-out.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Establish and report on performance metrics; address deficiencies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a PnL of over 200M USD.
  • Management experience with over 100 B2B sales personnel.
  • Proven senior management experience, such as Global Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director in the electronics security industry.
  • Strong network within the security industry.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing business strategies.
