Interim Change Management Lead – Financial Services | Workday | EU Experience Required
Location: Hybrid (UK/EU) | Duration: 6 months+ | Start: ASAP

Annapurna is supporting a leading Financial Services client with a major HR Transformation Programme, and we are seeking an Interim Change Management Lead to drive the change workstream.

You will be responsible for executing key deliverables across the programme, focusing on user engagement, adoption, stakeholder management, and comms – ensuring the successful rollout of Workday across multiple European entities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in change delivery on large-scale HR or digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of Workday and its impact on business processes
• Experience working across European jurisdictions and navigating multi-country stakeholder landscapes
• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is essential
• Confident, hands-on, and delivery-focused
