Contact us directly at careers@internova.com We are looking for a Project Executive to join a leading full-service events agency based in either our Halifax or London office where you will support the team to manage & execute event delivery for our key clients. The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. Responsibilities Support Project Manager and Account Manager on Full Event Delivery, incl but not limited to the below tasks; Venue Finding Cost Sheet creation (signed off by Account Manager) Website Development Delegate Management – to include but not limited to trouble shooting calls, emails response customer service, production of delegate lists; rooming, dietary etc with impeccable attention to detail Live event inbox monitoring with guidance and equal support from Project Manager Travel Bookings Proposal support to Account Manager to include image sourcing and destination text etc. Full event delivery on Venue Find #J-18808-Ljbffr
