We are looking for a Project Executive to join a leading full-service events agency based in either our Halifax or London office where you will support the team to manage & execute event delivery for our key clients.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. If the job posting indicates that the role is available for international candidate consideration, the salary range will be based on the local market for the country where the candidate would be working. This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Manager and Account Manager on Full Event Delivery, including but not limited to the below tasks;
  • Venue Finding
  • Cost Sheet creation (signed off by Account Manager)
  • Website Development
  • Delegate Management – to include but not limited to troubleshooting calls, emails response customer service, production of delegate lists; rooming, dietary etc. with impeccable attention to detail
  • Live event inbox monitoring with guidance and equal support from Project Manager
  • Travel Bookings
  • Proposal support to Account Manager to include image sourcing and destination text etc.
  • Full event delivery on Venue Find
