Hourly Rate: £12.50
Working Hours: 10am – 6pm, 4 shifts per week. Shifts are typically 4 hours long, with flexibility to work between 9am and 6pm. Example shifts include 10am-2pm, 11am-3pm, 12pm-4pm, 1pm-5pm, primarily Monday to Thursday.

Role Overview
- Provide exceptional, personalized cleaning services to students, ensuring their studios are clean, healthy, and presentable. Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and making beds, following scheduled routines.
- Respectfully care for facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained by students and guests.
- Maintain the upkeep of the site and facilities.
- Respond to issues or challenges proactively.
- Act as a point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
- Manage waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.
- Record each cleaning via smartphone/tablet, photographing studios before and after cleaning.
- Report any welfare concerns observed among students.
- Monitor and communicate stock levels, assisting with inventory management.
- Follow COSHH regulations to ensure safe chemical handling.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in large residence facilities, hotels, or hospitals preferred.
- Comfortable with technology systems used in operations.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations essential.
- Respect for diversity and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Adaptability, positivity, resilience, and creativity.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work hours that support 24/7 resident services, including holidays and religious festivals.
