Newbury Investments businesses invest in Sales Trainees from the beginning, offering both internal and external industry-leading training tailored to the individual where possible. This can include but not limited to; commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development opportunities, financial and analytical skills and understanding the operational side of the business, beginning with enrolling you onto the sales training delivered by our sister company BMS Progress within the first year of your employment. Every trainee will also receive 1 to 1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. Newbury Investments also offer financial reward for success in the form of an annual Profit-Sharing Scheme which shares some of the profit the business makes with each of their employees. How much you will receive depends on the individual location's performance as well as the impact you directly have on the business's success.
Current roles on offer: There are opportunities nationwide across the 93 locations. These are generally office-based Sales Trainee roles with potential to develop into field-based roles called Area Sales Managers. Typically, you will begin your career as a Sales Trainee, learning all aspects of the business. The initial months focus on training, followed by introduction to sales targets. There is scope for this role to develop into more client-facing roles in the future.
