Our client, a hugely successful and well-established manufacturer based in Bungay, are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the running of payroll, such as sick pay, holiday pay, salary changes, wage adjustments, and maternity/paternity pay.
  • Data entry into payroll systems.
  • Completing HR administrative tasks including paperwork such as new starters (offer letters and contracts, onboarding, scheduling probationary review meetings).
  • Processing Return to Work forms and scheduling absence meetings between the HR Advisors.
  • Management of the recruitment inbox.
  • Management of change of employment letters, and other HR administration tasks such as reference requests, changes in personal details, pension increase/decrease forms etc.
  • Generating reports.
  • Support the HR team with all administrative tasks.
  • Comply with GDPR requirements.
  • Filing and scanning.
  • Dealing with sensitive information relating to HR matters.
  • Assist with varied HR requests.
  • Maintain employee and general files (electronic and hard copies).
