You will report to the store manager and work alongside the existing team in delivering a knowledgeable, unique and positive experience for their customers resulting in a store with strong sales growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: To ensure that all monthly targets set by the Store Manager are reached and exceeded. To assist with creating a strong team environment for the retail team. When required, assist with recruiting and development of the team. Understand all current and future products and assist with educating retail team on product knowledge. To assist with ordering products, stock control and responsibility for the delivery of all goods, following up with any discrepancies. To carry out month and year-end retail stock takes, following strict stock control To assist with the control of the team rota. To carry out daily banking procedures and assist with cashing up at the end of the shift, where necessary. To ensure the customers has a positive experience whilst in the store. Knowledge and Experience Through relevant retail experience, with some in a management / supervisory position, you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in each of the following areas Managing a team.
