Animal Care Assistant - Weekends

Overview

Vets Now Southampton, England, United Kingdom is seeking an Animal Care Assistant (Weekends) to support the emergency pet care team. Salary £13.20 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of Vet Nurses and Vet Surgeons.
• Handle patients for basic procedures and assist with running diagnostic tests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing down theatres for surgical procedures.
• Ensure all in-patients have their basic husbandry needs attended to.

Rota Pattern

Week 1: No shifts

Week 2: Sunday 09:00–18:00

Week 3: Saturday 12:00–00:00

Week 4: No shifts
