This role is for a very ambitious and successful Sustainability Consultancy in the Built Environment. An opportunity has come up in their Green Certification Team. You will be part of a team delivering a range of projects with a strong focus on refurbishment and fit-outs. Each member is a Project Coordinator and requires the competence to coordinate multiple deliverables, either directly or in cooperation with the wider team.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Carrying out BREEAM, SKA, Well / Fitwell assessments on fit-out projects and refurbishments
- Delivering Net Zero, LCA and ESG objectives in the new build and existing building sectors
- Project management
- Developing client relationships including investors, building managers and contractors
- Workshops, training and presentations
- Working towards financial objectives and commercialisation
- Research and analysis
Key skills and qualities needed:
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor and/or SKA Assessor
- 3+ years work experience in BREEAM consultancy
- An MSc and/or BSc degree
- Ability to manage and assist with the implementation of sustainability certification schemes: BREEAM, WELL, Ska, Fitwel, LEED
- Experience working on fast-paced projects
