Fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and efficient Property Administrator to work for this global real estate organisation. As part of the Estates Management Team, you will support with the administration of commercial tenants.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day contact for all commercial tenants and addressing their enquiries.
  • Regular visits to sites to meet with tenants and occupiers.
  • Onsite completion of Property Safety Audits.
  • Administration of properties.
  • Review and interpret lease agreements, service charge budgets, and other documents to ensure accurate billing and collection of charges.
  • Support with leasing and rental management.
  • Prepare, present and obtain approval for Service Charge budgets.
  • Prepare annual service charge budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation including Health & Safety, RICS etc.
  • Identify and manage potential risks to properties and tenants.
  • Arrange and supervise maintenance repair work.
  • Key liaison between commercial tenants and facilities management team.
  • Support with utility and service connections for tenants.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administration experience ideally within the property sector.
  • Understanding of commercial property management.
