Service Charge Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Service Charge Accountant to join a well-established property management team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in service charge accounting who is confident using Propman and looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and hybrid working.The RolePreparing and finalising service charge accounts in line with statutory and client deadlines.Reconciling expenditure, ensuring accuracy of postings, and managing year-end adjustments.Working closely with Property Managers to provide accurate financial reporting and answer queries.Producing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with lease obligations and industry standards.Liaising with auditors, clients, and stakeholders to support smooth completion of accounts.Using Propman to manage processes efficiently and accurately.The PersonMUST have previous experience as a Service Charge Accountant within residential or commercial property management.
