Purpose of Role The Engineering Manager at nShift leads a team of developers, working closely with the Carrier Library Manager to balance feature delivery and quality, ensuring value to customers. The role involves communicating company goals and supporting strategic decisions. About You We seek a dynamic Engineering Manager with proven leadership in managing engineering teams, delivering high-quality projects, and fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.
