A bit about the job: Our Spa Therapists play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience. They have a keen eye for detail, are organized, and willing to exceed guest expectations. Often front-line ambassadors of our company, they are committed to maintaining high standards.
What we require from you: Our Spa Therapists are professional, able to work independently, and key members of our Spa and Leisure team. They possess excellent customer service skills, are passionate about the spa industry, and help deliver our core standards to ensure guests have a great stay every time. This position requires working shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional hours during busy periods, including bank holidays.

- Familiarity with all hotel facilities, events, and activities.
- Taking spa/beauty treatment bookings following correct procedures.
- Working on the club/spa reception, greeting guests.
- Assessing clients’ requirements and suitability for treatments and products.
- Performing treatments to a high standard, ensuring confidentiality and customer care.
- Recommending retail products using the company prescription form during and after treatments.
- Handling customer comments and complaints appropriately.
- Maintaining knowledge of all Spa services and attending training sessions.
- Assisting with promotions and offers to increase business.
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, maintained, and serviced.
