ROLE OVERVIEW
Weβre seeking a hands-on, commercially focused Performance Marketing Lead to cover a key role in the Digital team. This maternity cover will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of all performance marketing channels, managing budgets against strict cost % targets and driving customer acquisition across markets. The ideal candidate will be data-led and channel-savvy, with strong experience in paid search, paid social, affiliate, and email campaign delivery. You'll join during a planned handover phase and be supported by a wider digital and eCommerce team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PPC / Paid Search: Day-to-day ownership of Google Ads and Bing β including search, shopping, and branded campaigns.
